Kosher Wine Report- Wine Recommendation-2005 Herzog Special Reserve Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This past holiday I had the privilege of tasting the 2005 Herzog Special Reserve Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon for the very first time.

Wine Recommendation- 2006 Byblos Unoaked Cabernet Souvignon Semi Dry

 

This past Friday night we invited several friends to our home for Shabbat dinner. We had a delightful evening which was enhanced by the introduction of a new wine. Byblos Unoaked estate bottled Cabernet Sauvignon semi dry 2006 was the star of the evening. My notes to follow-
